today didnt go church coz my dad conveniently forgot to tell us that we were having lunch with my grandparents until the night before. -.- riiiiiiiiight. thank goodness i haven't booked the tickets coz kat called to inform that raina and jon jon wanted to come along too. lols.
then there's the big UH-OH. apparently men are not capable of making plans on their own. because my grandparents ended up coming to our house just as we were about to leave. thank goodness for the internet! coz we went online to see whether there was any good north indian places around the east coast. there's one to open at the big splash area, p.s. the KFC there is cool. it's like half a donut coz the middle's the kitchen.
went to this place called kinara's. the whole place looks dead. i pity the poor italian restaurant next to it coz it was deserted. the host practically ran out the door when me and kev walked over to see what kind of restaurant it was at first. the food at the indian restaurant was pretty good. and dont say it's coz i'm an indian coz to be honest, my mind and tummy thinks like an american. ahhaha. fast food and western for me. even chinese is only good for once in a while. but day to day, i could just DIE. ahhaha. kidding. so yeah.
i recognised the place as the row of shophouses at the bus stop near the siglap CC. that's where i had my art and ballet classes. -.- totally flaky. i'm still convinced that my art teacher was gay, even my mom thinks so. ahhaha.
dropped my grandparents off then picked up raina and jon. (they live just a bit further down from the grandparents) hee. then we all got off at j8. sadly, the L chocolates were already gone. THAT IS SO UNFAIR. i was dying to get one. hiks hiks. anyways we walked around for a little bit before we got too impatient and bought popcorn. it's so retarded coz they didnt even open the hall until 4 mins before the damn movie was to start. -.-
so we ended up eating half the popcorn before the ACTUAL movie started. L CHANGE THE WORLD movie is sooooooooooooo GOOD. okay so maybe the ending after the credits sucked but it was pretty good. a bit gory for my tastes but still. hmmm. they could have warned us. okay, once again, to all simple minded people, please dont wreck your brains over the movie.
I LOVE BOY AND L LAWLIET. <3 oh, but I LOVE JACKY THE MOST. ahhaha. so you cant be jealous now jacky. =))
